By downloading, installing, or using Hearing FullSpeed ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Hearing FullSpeed is a lifestyle audio enhancement tool that provides:

  • Real-time ambient sound amplification
  • 5-band equalizer
  • Noise reduction
  • Personalized audio presets

The App processes audio entirely on-device. All features are intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Non-Medical Disclaimer

The App is NOT a medical device.

  • It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent hearing loss or any other medical condition.
  • It does not substitute for professional medical evaluation or hearing aids prescribed by a licensed audiologist.
  • If you suspect hearing loss or any auditory health issue, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Microphone Usage

You grant the App permission to access your device's microphone solely for real-time audio processing as described in the Privacy Policy. You understand that:

  • The microphone is activated only when hearing assistance is actively engaged.
  • No audio data is recorded, stored, or transmitted.
  • You can revoke microphone permission at any time via system settings.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • NOT use the App in situations where hearing impairment could cause safety risks (e.g., driving, operating heavy machinery) unless permitted by law.
  • NOT reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App in any way.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App's name, logo, branding, and source code are reserved by the project maintainers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to:

  • Audio quality dissatisfaction
  • Device compatibility issues
  • Battery consumption
  • Any incidental or consequential damages

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. The developers reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
